We are Lisa Moon, Tom Porter, and Jim Quinn, as we would be honored to serve on the Ocean Hills Master Board on your behalf.
If you own a home in Ocean Hills Country Club, you’ll be receiving a ballot via mail for the upcoming Master Board elections. The deadline to submit your ballot will be in mid-August, 2026 (exact date will be published once the ballots are sent out). Your vote matters!! Get to know each of us on these pages. While we are unique individuals with our own life experiences and approaches, we share certain values that we hope to bring in our service on the Master Board.

OUR VALUES
In today’s world, candidates either profess to hold “safe” values, like “transparency”, or shy away from pinning themselves down to any values at all. Certain words are overused, or we find ourselves needing to clarify values that, in a professional setting such as a community board, should be self-evident. And in some cases, positive words such as “like-minded” or even “kindness” are interpreted as negatives.
So, to help clarify who we are as very unique individuals, and why we are “like-minded” in our approach to solving problems, here are beliefs that we agree upon:
We believe in transparency and openness.
We believe in prompt and responsive communication.
We believe wise decisions require weighing all sides of an issue.
We believe disruptive behavior in the name of “change” is counter-productive.
We believe in calm discussion, respectful listening, and fact-based decision-making.
We believe in protecting the heritage of OHCC and supporting homeowners’ values.
